Immer so ein Theater! Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt des Festivals wird das Figurentheater im Kabuff. Von Walkings Acts bis zu Akrobaten und anderen K\u00fcnstlern wird es den ganzen Tag ein alternatives Kunstprogramm geben, dass bei Jung bis Alt f\u00fcr Begeisterung sorgen wird.<\/p>\n
Workshops<\/h5>\n
Ein Tag voll Programm! \u00dcber den Tag verteilt, bieten wir verschiedenste k\u00fcnstlerische Workshops an. Besonders familienfreundlich sind die Workshops: Handfiguren, Kinderbemalung oder Drucktechniken. F\u00fcr jeden ist etwas dabei.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Nachhaltigkeit<\/h5>\n
wird bei uns gro\u00df geschrieben. Ein Festival hat einen enormen Einfluss auf Natur und Ressourcen. Deswegen ist es uns besonderes Anliegen, dem entgegenzuwirken. Statt Pappteller und Wegwerfwaren, werden wir euch Geschirr mit Besteck anbieten.<\/p>\n

Hilfsorganisationen sind herzlich eingeladen einen Stand auf dem Bazar eigenst\u00e4ndig zu organisieren und Spenden zu sammeln!

ROOTS UP 2026<\/strong>
\nan extraordinary atmosphere, your special experience, our festival<\/strong><\/p>\nThis stands for the annual Roots Up 1 day festival in Cologne. We invite international artists, artists from and around Cologne, in order to offer a culinary experience.The music programme: It is all about Reggae Music with all its variations: Rocksteady, Loversrock, Dub, Ska, Dancehall and Foundation.<\/p>\n
“Reggae” has been nominated as world heritage, it says: “It is something essential, like eating, sleeping and breathing.<\/strong>”
\nWe feel it the same way. It contains a political and social opinion and is a special Life-Style.<\/p>\nRoots Up offers the same stage to the new generation, as well as to known artists. We wish to provide entertainment to you, by offering theatre acts, workshops, a small bazar and international food.<\/p>\n

Theatre<\/h5>\n
What a fuss! A further focus of the festival will be drawn on the “Figurentheater im Kabuff”. Apart form walking acts, acrobats and other artists, there will be an alternative art programme during the day. It will inspire the young & elder generation.<\/p>\n
Workshops<\/h5>\n
A day full of programme! During the day we have different artcraft workshops. Those workshops are especially family-liked: Handpuppets, face-painting or print technics.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Lastingness<\/h5>\n
Importance is drawn on lastingness. A festival has an enormous influence on nature and ressources. That is why we have a close focus on this topic. Instead of using throw away article, you receive your meal on a real plate with cutlery.<\/p>\n
Donations\/Charity<\/h5>\n
Aid organizations are cordially invited to independently organize a stand at the bazaar and collect donations!
